Part Time Decant Coordinator

We're looking for a part-time Decant Coordinator to join our Housing Partnership Central Services team.

About the Role

This is an exciting, 6-month temporary role within our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Decant Coordinator, you will manage and oversee the end-to-end process of our Decants (a temporary move due to works, emergency, or planned), identifying solutions to deliver value for money whilst always ensuring the customer remains at the heart of the process and returns to their home as soon as possible.

  • Be a problem solver who can think on their feet and be completely customer-focused
  • Have the confidence and assertiveness to have difficult conversations with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to reach positive solutions for all involved
  • Have the skills to analyze and evaluate data to identify themes and improvements
  • Thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment with confidence communicating via telephone and through digital channels
