Decarbonisation Manager – Full-Time (Permanent)
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Limited, in the Decarbonisation Manager role.
You’ll play a vital part in helping us achieve our Net Zero ambitions across the CNTW Group, working closely with a dynamic sustainability team to turn big ideas into practical action. Your role will focus on cutting carbon emissions across our sites by:
- Improving energy efficiency
- Driving the adoption of low-carbon technologies
- Ensuring alignment with our Green Plan and ongoing projects
The role is diverse, with tasks ranging from leading projects and conducting site surveys to analyzing data and securing funding.
Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Project Management: Work across Estonia teams, external contractors, and partners to deliver measurable change, overseeing projects from start to finish.
- Carbon Reduction: Implement strategies to cut emissions, optimize energy use, and transition to sustainable operations.
- Data & Monitoring: Track progress, share updates, and advise on investments for improved sustainability.
- Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to foster a greener, more efficient NHS estate.

The role is based at St Nicholas Hospital, Gosforth, with standard hours (Mon–Fri), but flexible arrangements support a healthy work-life balance.

NTW Solutions supports the NHS through:
