About the Role
We are seeking experienced decorators to join our team, working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within social housing.

Main Responsibilities
- Performing painting and decorating works in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Completing retouches and fillings post-plastering to ensure smooth finishes
- Applying first and second coats for a high-quality, polished result
- Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing (covering pipes and wiring)
- Protecting all furniture and surrounding areas due to fully furnished properties
- Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations (fan heaters up to 240V are not permitted)
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties

Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- CSCS card (mandatory)
- Proven experience in domestic/similar work
- Basic Health & Safety certifications (especially asbestos awareness)
Additional Expectations
- Right to work in the UK
- Own tools (preferably 110V or battery-operated)
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
- Good conversational English
- Reliability, organisation, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
