Your reputation is built on quality. So is ours. If you're a decorator who takes pride in doing the job properly, not just getting it done, you'll fit right in with us.
We're looking for an experienced Decorator to carry out high-quality repairs and redecoration across occupied and empty homes. This role is about transforming spaces, delivering first-time fixes, and leaving every home better than you found it.
About the role
As a Decorator, you'll carry out high-quality painting and redecoration across occupied and void homes, helping to maintain and improve the homes our customers rely on.
You'll also apply damp and mould treatments and complete associated redecoration, supporting safe and well-maintained homes.
Working in a field-based role, you'll manage your own day, deliver first-time fixes, and complete work efficiently without compromising quality.
You'll work both independently and with colleagues, providing a smooth, customer-focused service while following health and safety standards.

- Develop & Learn: You're committed to maintaining and developing your decorating skills, keeping up to date with best practice to consistently deliver excellent standards.
- Champion Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and the wider team, helping to keep jobs running smoothly and ensuring a seamless repairs service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
