Job Title: Dedicated Contract Support Officer
Rate: £14.80 on site
Contracted Hours: 16 shifts per month minimum.
Shift pattern: As requested so flexibility is essential over days/nights/weekends
We are looking for experienced, highly motivated Dedicated Contract Support Officers to work at on a client’s portfolio located in an iconic part of London.
Please note that if all contracted hours are not fully available on this contract, then you may be assigned shifts at any one of our corporate sites to fulfil contractual obligations. The payrate of the site worked on will apply. Shifts are between 8-12-hour duration covering days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, students, and visitors. This is a fundamental aspect of the role
- Be very flexible as short notice shifts may be applicable
- Take an active interest in, and give commitment to the client
- Promote the client positively to all you come into contact with, throughout the customer journey
- Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges
- Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; is clear, courteous, polite, professional, and respectful
- Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality;
- Appropriate use of CCTV/access control and any other electronic management system
- Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice.
- All Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments are to be reviewed.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed
- To complete any other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager, either Unitrust or at the request of the Client.
- To support internal and external audit processes from Unitrust Security
- To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company
- To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments,
- Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people and challenges
- Act in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and the Unitrust Code of Conduct

Security Specific Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist staff, clients, students and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey
- Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas
- Check identity and credentials of all visitors.
- Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises or property, escalating where appropriate to do so
- Compliance with clients’ systems such as Access Control and Elogs
- Respond to alarms, key control
- Spatial awareness when on Front of House positions
- Record details of any suspected criminal activity on the premises (internal and external);
- Develop and maintain positive interactive relationships with all vendors
