Job Title: Dedicated Contract Support Officer

Location: Knightsbridge

Rate: £14.80 per hour (if assigned to shift on Campus)

Contracted Hours: Minimum of 16 shifts per month.

Shift Pattern: Flexibility is essential over days/nights/weekends as shifts will be assigned as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, students, and visitors.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges.
  • Ensure all contact is clear, courteous, polite, professional, and respectful.
  • Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality.
  • Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site.
  • Review all Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments.
  • Follow all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures.
  • Complete any other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager.
  • Support internal and external audit processes from Unitrust Security.
  • Act with integrity and in the best interests of the company.
  • Be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments.
  • Manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people, and challenges.
  • Act in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and the Unitrust Code of Conduct.

Security Specific Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist staff, clients, students, and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion.
  • Ensure that no unauthorized persons are permitted in prohibited areas.
  • Check the identity and credentials of all visitors.
  • Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises, or property, escalating where appropriate.
  • Respond to alarms and key control.
  • Develop and maintain positive interactive relationships with all vendors.
  • Have good knowledge of the local area and transport links or services.

If all contracted hours are not fully available on campus, you may be assigned shifts at any one of our corporate sites to fulfill contractual obligations. The pay rate of the site worked on will apply. Shifts are between 8-12 hours duration.
