Job Description
Job Title: Dedicated Contract Support Officer
Location: Liverpool Street
Rate: £14.95 per hour
Contracted Hours: Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends - Minimum 16 shifts per month

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors
- Take an active interest in, and give commitment to the client
- Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation
- Promote the client, tenants, and other service providers positively to all you come in contact with, throughout the customer journey
- Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges
- Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or allocated
- Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face, or any other medium; is clear, courteous, polite, professional, and respectful
- Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount
- Appropriate use of CCTV/access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion
- Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice. There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable, all training will be provided
- All Assignment Instructions/Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed, understood, and followed
- Embrace and deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation
- Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible standard
- Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed and do not undertake any activity which could breach the SIA or other relevant regulations
- To complete any other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager, either UniTrust or at the request of the Client and/or tenants
- To support internal and external audit processes from UniTrust Security representatives, Client/Tenant Representatives, the SIA, any other relevant body with a relevant interest and valid reason for inspection or compliance checks
- To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner
- To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a respectful and empathic approach
- Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people, and challenges
- Assist in the induction, development, or ongoing training of new team members across the disciplines where appropriate
- Act in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and our Code of Conduct

- Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent oral, written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and confidence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Physically able to conduct all responsibilities associated with the roles documented
- Computer literate and confident with the use of Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrate an awareness of security threats which remain relevant and up to date in the context of the current environment
- Flexibility regarding working practices, hours, and responsibilities
