Highly discreet Dedicated UHNW Medical Counsel needed for maritime operations. £240k GBP tax-free, autonomous permanent role traversing the Mediterranean.
We have been retained by an elite ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family to source a highly discreet, independent private doctor for a permanent, full-time appointment. This sensitive clinical assignment focuses on providing bespoke preventative and acute healthcare within a strictly secure, private floating estate. Operating with absolute clinical autonomy, you will be expected to uphold rigorous hospital-grade medical standards in a profoundly confidential setting. The principal’s travel itinerary encompasses the Mediterranean's most exclusive and secure jurisdictions. You will bear total accountability for the client's medical readiness as they transition seamlessly between private anchorages in Italy, Monaco, the Algarve, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, and Ibiza. This position is meticulously crafted for a decisive clinical leader who values independent decision-making, unwavering discretion, and personalized patient management over highly bureaucratic healthcare systems.

Requirements Academic Origin: The chosen candidate will possess a verified medical doctorate originating from the UK, Ireland, Australasia (New Zealand/Australia), North America (USA/Canada), or Europe. Clinical Experience: We demand at least 5+ years of robust, post-specialty clinical tenure. Specialist Knowledge: Your core clinical background must lie in Family Medicine, Emergency Care, or Internal Medicine. Communication Protocol: Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is a non-negotiable requirement for this confidential, high-trust assignment.
