About the Role
We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to establish and scale their own startups.
As serial entrepreneurs, our founder – such as Paul Müller (co-founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Lühr (founder of SumUp, €8B exit) – are passionate about supporting outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs to build companies valued at over €1B.

Responsibilities
You will take full responsibility for your startup, including:
- Establishing and Scaling your enterprise in various fields (e.g. DeepTech).
- Intensive Personal Growth: Personalised mentorship curriculum from unicorn founders to help with goal planning, time and energy management.
- Talent Acquisition: Leveraging resources to recruit top talent from over 50,000 professionals—professional mentorship from serial entrepreneurs.
- Funding Preparation: Intensive coaching to position your startup for million-dollar funding rounds.
- Rapid Iteration and Growth: Continuously refine your product until you achieve product-market fit. Receive support in scaling through sales expansion or marketing growth engine.

Requirements
- Located in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
- Strong commitment: Willing to be fully accountable and drive your startup to generate €100M+ in annual revenues.
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Mission Focused: Aspire to build a €1B+ company and join a cohort of ambitious pioneers.
