DeepTech Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (100 % remote) (m/f/d)
European World Of Result (EWOR) Fellowship Programme
We are hiring ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. We are serial entrepreneurs—examples include Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Maortion (founder of SumUp, €8B exit)—who are eager to support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs to build €1B+ companies.
The Offer
- A salary while you build your startup—you will be directly employed by EWOR
- OR up to €500,000 in funding (alternatively)
- 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders on a weekly basis
- Community access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors
- Team building: Hiring top-tier talent with support from our 50,000+ professional network
- Distribution assistance: Support in reaching product-market-fit and scaling a sales force/marketing machine
- Funding bootcamp: Help securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months (EWOR Fellows typically raise >€2M after our Grand Pitch)
- Record-breaking success: One Fellow recently set Europe’s largest pre-seed pre-seed round by a first-time founder (€12M secured)

Eligibility Criteria
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or relocated accordingly
- Unwavering commitment to ownership—scaling to €100M+ revenues as head of your venture
- Exceptional communication skills in English (essential for collaboration)
