To strengthen our motivated Talent Attraction Team at our Bradford Plant, we are looking for an experienced Cut & Crease Operator to join our production team.
Your Role
- You will set up, operate, and monitor Bobst Novacut 106-ER and Bobst Expertcut 106-PER machines.
- You will ensure production is completed in line with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
- You will carry out machine make-readies, changeovers, and adjustments to minimise downtime.
- You will inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- You will identify and report quality issues, machine faults, and production concerns promptly.
- You will complete production documentation accurately and maintain records as required.
- You will perform routine maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure equipment reliability and a clean working environment.
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues, Team Leaders, and support departments to achieve production targets.
- You will adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, and Company policies and procedures.
- You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve performance.

Your Profile
- You will have previous experience operating Bobst Novacut 106-ER, Bobst Expertcut 106-PER, or similar cut & crease equipment.
- You will have experience with Braille and Embossing.
- You will have experience within the carton board, packaging, print, or manufacturing industry.
- You will have a strong understanding of quality standards and production processes.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You will possess strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- You will have a flexible approach to work and be willing to work continental shifts.
- You will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
