A Programme Manager opportunity has arisen to lead a major data transformation within the defence sector. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering the migration from legacy systems to a modern enterprise data platform, enabling enhanced decision-making and operational capability through the adoption of AI-driven technologies.
Responsibilities
- Working across multiple technical and business workstreams, you'll be responsible for driving programme delivery, coordinating senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful integration of modern data and AI capabilities into a secure, highly regulated environment.

As Programme Manager, you'll oversee complex delivery across cross-functional teams, managing programme governance, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring delivery remains on track against key milestones.

You'll work closely with technical architects, engineering teams, data specialists and AI experts to support the successful transition to the future state platform.
Requirements
- Outside IR35
- 6 Months Rolling
- Hybrid working with occasional travel to secure client sites across the UK
- Active SC Clearance is essential
- Proven Programme Management experience delivering large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes within the defence or secure government sector. Experience leading legacy data platform migrations, cloud transformation, enterprise data programmes or AI-enabled initiatives is highly desirable. Strong governance, stakeholder management and risk management skills are essential.
