📍 Location: London | Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
💰 Salary & Commission: £26,000 base → £29,000 after 3 months → £32,000 → £35,000 + uncapped commission (OUCH up to £50,000+ in Year 1)
About the Role
Ready to launch a sales career with rapid progression, high earning potential, and the opportunity to engage directly with senior military leaders and defence stakeholders?
An internationally recognised events business is seeking ambitious individuals to join its Defence team, selling delegate placements for high-profile conferences attended by senior military personnel, government officials, and defence industry leaders.
In this role, you'll:
- Build high-level client relationships with key defence stakeholders globally.
- Drive delegate attendance for premium global defence events.
- Travelling internationally to manage onsite delegate experiences at elite conferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell delegate places across a global portfolio of Defence conferences.
- Engage in discussions with senior military officers, government representatives, and defence organisations worldwide.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing deals.
- Travel internationally to attend events and oversee the in-person delegate experience.
- Consistently exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
