Who we are looking for We're seeking a seasoned BD and Sales Director Defense & Government (Eastern Europe) to drive full-cycle defense-sector SATCOM sales across Eastern Europe. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution; from identifying opportunities and engaging customers to closing contracts.

What you will do Establishing strategic relationships with decision makers in the Eastern Europe defense SATCOM market. Hunt for new business and cultivate pipeline growth across Eastern Europe defense markets. Own the entire sales process—prospecting, bid strategy, contract negotiation, and deal closing. Lead solution definition in collaboration with internal stakeholders (engineering, pricing, legal). Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and government events.

Requirements Residing within Europe. Proven experience collaborating with defense and government clients across Eastern Europe. Relevant Military background – strong advantage Experience and strong connections in the defense sector, either as a current or recently discharged military officer with a robust professional network, or as a seasoned defense sales manager with proven industry relationships. Experience at defense forums and trade shows. Comfortable defining solution requirements with internal teams while keeping a laser focus on business outcomes. Bachelor’s degree minimum (technical or business background preferred) Willingness to travel
