Job Description
As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to install, maintain and fault-find on the following systems:
- Access Control
- Video Surveillance
- Intruder Alarms
- Fire Alarms (Amend based on what the employer offers - add in brand of equipment where possible)

Entry Requirements
- Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
- Maths & English required
- Driving license required
- Age 18 to 24 year old ideal
- Must be from in and around the Bristol area
Training to be Provided
This is where you'll learn the skills that employers actually want.
Your apprenticeship training is delivered by Skills for Security, specialists in fire and security training.
- You’ll train through block release at our Walsall centre, for one week every eight weeks (Tuesday–Friday).
- You’ll work towards a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship, gaining real skills and a nationally recognised qualification.
