Re7 Labs Associate Opportunity
Re7 Labs applies advanced in-house risk tooling and research capabilities to support a wide range of DeFi protocols as an on-chain operator advisor, and is one of the highest respected curators of lending, borrowing, and restaking vaults. The Re7 team is dynamic with a strong background in investment management, data science, and crypto.
Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we need to add an associate to the team to provide much-needed support.
This role is central to many aspects of risk management, research, onboarding, and managing clients for our on-chain vaults, and provides significant exposure to four key areas: vault operations, risk management, research, and development of new products and services.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with innovative teams across the globe and play a critical role in supporting the Re7 Labs team and our clients & partners to achieve our collective goals and future direction.

Responsibilities
Vault Operations & Risk Management
- Plan, build, and execute complex on-chain transactions to create new markets and vaults, integrate new assets, and carry out liquidity migrations
- Design and maintain Python/TypeScript bots for rebalancing and automation across our DeFi vaults
- Assess new platforms, chains, and operators/networks
- Partner with Re7 Technology, Portfolio Management, and broader DeFi Labs teams to explore, scope out, and support the delivery of product expansion and automation opportunities
Research
- Identify new protocols and evaluate economic & smart-contract risks
- Conduct deep-dive technical due-diligence on new platforms and vault architectures
New Products & Services
- Identify & assess emerging DeFi platforms
- Ideate, analyze, and scope out potential new products
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in DeFi, quant trading, or crypto fund operations
- Demonstrated experience designing automated vault logic or keeper networks
- Skilled in executing and troubleshooting complex on-chain transactions
- Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset
- Ability to assess new DeFi platforms and design new products
- Dynamic and able to consistently move at a lightning-fast pace
- Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Understanding of Python and/or TypeScript
- Strong communication skills
- University graduate
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas
