Enshore Subsea 2026 Degree Apprenticeship Programme
We are recruitment for a Degree Engineering Apprentice to complete a Level 6 (BEng) in Product Design and Development Engineering in partnership with Newcastle University.

Requirements
To be successful, you should have:
- Three A Levels (or equivalent qualifications) at Grade C or above, including Maths
- A genuine passion for offshore and subsea engineering
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- A flexible, adaptable, and positive mindset
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Responsibilities
You will develop essential knowledge, understanding, and practical experience through a mix of university study and hands-on business training. Key tasks include:
- Training across multiple departments to gain insight into Enshore’s processes and operations
- Supporting design and continuous improvement initiatives to boost business efficiency
- Building professional relationships by collaborating with colleagues and clients
- Participating in site visits (including opportunities for offshore travel where applicable)
