The Role
This DEI Coordinator role sits within the HR function, supporting both Talent Acquisition and DEI priorities during a period of growth.
As the DEI Coordinator, you will:
- Own the coordination and delivery of key DEI activities
- Ensure inclusive practices are embedded across the recruitment process
- Maintain momentum across ongoing initiatives
- Provide structure and oversight to DEI projects
- Support the wider HR team with aligned recruitment activities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate the delivery of DEI initiatives across the HR function, ensuring timely progression and completion
- Support and track DEI action plans, maintaining clear oversight of progress and outcomes
- Manage the planning and coordination of DEI events, including logistics and internal engagement
- Draft and support communications relating to DEI programmes and initiatives
- Embed inclusive principles within recruitment processes, working closely with Talent Acquisition
- Support the creation of inclusive, bias-aware job descriptions and attraction materials
- Provide reporting and insights on DEI and recruitment activity to support decision-making
- Manage and resolve queries related to recruitment and DEI activities in a timely manner
- Provide coordination and administrative support across HR, DEI, and recruitment, as required
- Support and lead elements of DEI projects or initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed objectives

What We’re Looking For
Experience in:
- Recruitment coordination, HR coordination, or similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Supporting or coordinating HR or DEI-related projects
- Working with recruitment processes and candidate coordination
- Managing and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders -Producing reports or working with data to monitor progress and outcomes
- Identifying and improving HR or recruitment environments
