The Role: DEI Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)
This position sits within HR, spanning Talent Acquisition and DEI, supporting a period of growth. As the DEI Coordinator, your focus will be on:
- Owning the coordination and delivery of key DEI initiatives
- Ensuring inclusive practices are embedded in recruitment processes
- Maintaining momentum across DEI projects and supporting HR collaboration
Core Responsibilities
DEI Initiative Stewardship
- Coordinate DEI initiatives across HR, ensuring alignment and completion to plan
- Support and track DEI action plans, maintaining oversight on progress and results
- Map, oversee, and drive ongoing DEI events, including logistics and internal engagement

Recruitment & Inclusivity Bridge
- Embed inclusive principles in recruitment processes, working closely with Talent Acquisition
- Assist in crafting bias-aware job descriptions and attraction materials
- Provide DEI reporting and insights to inform recruitment and HR strategy
Stakeholder Support
- Manage and resolve queries related to recruitment and DEI activity
- Support administrative elements of DEI/recruitment initiatives
- occasionally lead projects or initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives
Key Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or related fields in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project coordination, preferably in HR or DEI contexts
- Hands-on experience with recruitment processes, candidate liaison, and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage cross-functional activity across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or process improvement in HR/recruitment settings
Passion for DEI
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for diversity, equity, and inclusion, including exposure to DEI initiatives/projects
