The Role
We're looking for confident, organised, and proactive Delegate Acquisition Executives to join our growing team in the Bristol.
In this full-time, office-based role, you'll be responsible for researching, identifying, and engaging senior business leaders to attend our exclusive B2B events. You'll build relationships with executives across a range of industries, ensuring we attract high-quality delegates while delivering an outstanding experience from first contact through to the event itself.

Working closely with our sales and events teams, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of events that bring together industry leaders and drive meaningful business conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective delegates using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and other research tools.
- Contact senior decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to exclusive events.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective delegates.
- Manage and update delegate information within the CRM system, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Meet individual and team performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and working towards goals.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and business leaders.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify suitable delegates and understand their business priorities.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Additional language skills are an advantage.

Previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment, customer service, event management, or delegate acquisition is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
