Bristol | £26,500–£28,000 + £24,000 Commission | Year 1 OTE £52k+
Want to build a career where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression? As a Delegate Engagement Executive, you'll speak to senior decision-makers, C-suite executives and government officials, showing them why our international trade shows are events they can't afford to miss. You'll build relationships, understand what matters to them and give them compelling reasons to attend, connect with industry leaders and discover new opportunities.
You'll use phone and LinkedIn every day, developing valuable sales skills while working towards clear targets and earning commission.
What You'll Do
- Speak with senior business leaders and decision-makers
- Build relationships and generate interest in our international events
- Use phone and LinkedIn to engage and qualify prospects
- Give prospects compelling reasons to attend our events
- Work towards targets and earn commission based on performance
- Develop professional sales, communication and negotiation skills
- Work with an ambitious team that wants you to succeed
