Synergy Group is looking for a Delegate Engagement Executive to join our team as we scale our portfolio of exclusive events: fine dining experiences, executive roundtables, and high-impact day events that bring senior business leaders together to solve real challenges. This role is all about using your sales skills to identify and engage the right leaders and secure their attendance.

What you'll be doing:

  • 🎯 Identifying and engaging senior decision-makers as potential attendees
  • 📞 Confirming and securing event registrations
  • 🔍 Researching companies and identifying the right people to invite
  • 📊 Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM systems up to date
  • 🤝 Working closely with internal teams to deliver standout events
  • 📈 Consistently hitting (and exceeding) attendance targets

What we're looking for:

  • 🔥 Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
  • 🤝 Strong relationship-building skills
  • 💪 Resilient, positive, and comfortable handling objections
