The Role

As a Delegate Relations Manager / Delegate Acquisition Manager, you'll play a key role in building and growing our executive community.

Based in Putney (with hybrid working), you'll identify and engage senior business leaders, guiding them through the entire attendee journey—from initial outreach through to post-event follow-up.

Working closely with our Marketing, Content and Operations teams, you'll help deliver a world-class experience for our members while ensuring each event attracts a high-quality audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify senior decision-makers from target organisations.
  • Engage executives through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build long-term relationships with delegates and encourage repeat attendance.
  • Qualify attendees against event criteria and communicate the value of Quartz Network membership.
  • Manage delegate pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve delegate communications and acquisition campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and delegate needs to help shape future events and programmes.
  • Deliver an exceptional delegate experience before, during and after each event.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in delegate acquisition, sales, recruitment, account management or business development.
  • Confidence speaking with senior executives and presenting value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales or recruitment pipelines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A data-driven approach to targeting and audience segmentation.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working across different teams.
  • Previous experience within events, conferences or B2B communities would be an advantage.
  • A degree or equivalent professional experience.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm) (Hybrid)
  • Ability to commute Three days a week to: Bedford House, 69-79 Fulham High Street, London, United Kingdom, SW6 3JW

Salary

£32,000-£37,000 Based on experience. plus 40% commission. With an OTE of £46,00- £52,000.
