Overview of the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Delegate Sales Executive to join our London-based Delegate Relations team based in Covent Garden.

This is a true sales role where success comes from building relationships, creating opportunities and influencing senior decision-makers to attend our market-leading events. Working across Investment Week's award-winning portfolio, you'll use a combination of warm and cold outreach, networking and face-to-face meetings to develop lasting relationships and consistently achieve delegate recruitment targets.

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is naturally outgoing, thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by commission and personal success. If you're confident, resilient and love building relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career in sales within the financial services industry.

About You

We believe this role is a combination of sales ability and personality. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building relationships and representing our brand within the market.

You are someone who:

  • Naturally builds rapport with people in the industry
  • Is confident, personable and enjoys speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Loves networking and is comfortable representing the business at industry events.
  • Has a positive, energetic attitude that motivates others in the team.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and genuinely enjoys working towards goals.
  • Is resilient and doesn't let rejection affect your motivation.
  • Is commercially minded and proactive, driven by achieving targets and earning commission.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
