Delegate Sales Executive | London / Hybrid | Up to £32k + Comms
Our client is a well-established and growing events and networking business that specialises in creating high-level, invitation-only events for senior decision-makers across a range of industries.
Their events bring together C-suite and director-level executives from some of the world's leading organisations to share insights, build relationships, and discuss the challenges shaping their sectors.
They have built an excellent reputation for delivering premium experiences and are now looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a driven Delegate Sales Executive.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to join a high-performing team in a fun, supportive, and professional environment.
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving attendee registrations for a portfolio of industry-leading events through outbound engagement and relationship building with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate delegate registrations and achieve targets across a portfolio of conferences and events
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, director-level, and senior executives from global organisations
- Develop a thorough understanding of each event to ensure the correct attendee profile is secured
- Utilise leads and data provided internally while proactively sourcing your own opportunities
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records
- Work towards and exceed agreed KPIs and sales targets
- Occasionally travel to support the delivery and execution of events
About You
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, personable, and enjoys building relationships.
Experience & Skills
- Previous B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new topics and industries
- Commercially driven with a passion for achieving targets
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing deadlines
- Confident engaging with senior-level stakeholders
