Delegate Sales Executive

About the Role
A global HR events organisation is seeking an experienced Delegate Sales Executive to drive attendance and revenue for major international conferences in Miami and Paris.
Working closely with the Head of Delegate Sales, this role involves:
- Telesales and prospecting
- Managing the full sales cycle
- Targeted marketing outreach
- Market research
- Daily KPI tracking and meeting annual revenue targets
- Database management
- Networking at industry events
- Collaboration with production, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless delegate experience

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound sales calls to corporate professionals and senior leaders.
- Securing group bookings and individual registrations.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot equivalent).
- Generating and analysing reports on sales performance.
- Developing strategic accounts within target industries.
- Ensuring delegate satisfaction from first enquiry to post-event follow-up.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- 5+ years’ experience in telesales or conference sales.
- Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close sales with executives.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in database management and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/on-the-go environment (travel to Paris/Miami required).
- Graduate of The Event Academy (apply only if eligible).

- Fluency in French or Spanish (asset in Miami market).
