About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in fostering and maintaining client relationships while ensuring the successful acquisition of new business opportunities.

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will:
- Engage directly with prospective clients
- Present our offerings to drive delegate sales for events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, aligning with Enhesa’s mission to deliver exceptional experiences and value to clients
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A deep understanding of the market
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong sales negotiation and customer service expertise

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize delegate registrations
- Identify and engage with potential clients, establishing meaningful relationships and communicating our value proposition
- Conduct market research to pinpoint trends and growth opportunities in delegate sales
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for all parties
- Monitor sales performance and analyze metrics to continuously refine tactics and strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns driving delegate sales

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in delegate or event sales
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred but not mandatory
