Role Description
This is a full-time Delegate Sales role with a hybrid or remote working arrangement based in Holt. The Delegate Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective delegates for The Global Series events, using phone, email, and online channels to promote event value and secure registrations. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, conducting consultative sales conversations, and managing follow-ups to convert interest into confirmed attendance. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, support event campaigns, and ensure a high-quality delegate experience before and after events. The Delegate Sales professional will maintain accurate CRM records, meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute feedback to enhance event offerings and delegate engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong delegate or B2B sales abilities, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based and virtual outreach.
- Good research and data management capabilities, including experience using CRM or similar sales tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines and targets.
- Experience in events, conferences, or professional communities is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to collaborate in Holt and work independently from home.
- Goal-oriented mindset, resilience, and a proactive approach to generating new business and nurturing relationships.
- Preferred background in sales, business development, or account management; relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
