Delegated Authority Operations Support – Immediate Hire
Growing Management General Agent (MGA) is seeking immediate assistance to manage coverholder onboarding, Lloyd’s system administration, bordereaux processing, premium and claims settlements, LPAN submissions, and ongoing servicing of delegated authority arrangements.
This role can be either part-time or full-time, with a preference for candidates who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Coverholder & Sub-Coverholder Onboarding
- Manage the preparation, collation, and submission of Lloyd’s Atlas onboarding documentation for new coverholders and sub-coverholders.
- Assist with master coverholder and sub-coverholder arrangement agreements.
Delegated Authority Administration
- Maintain and administer binding authority agreements (BAAs).
- Coordinate registrations, amendments, endorsements, and ongoing administration with Lloyd’s and lead carriers.
- Register and manage stamps and binding authority records throughout their lifecycle.

Market Systems Management
- Maintain Lloyd’s market systems, including:
- Atlas
- PPL/Whitespace
- Velonetic
Premium & Claims Processing
- Review, validate, and administer premium and claims bordereaux received from coverholders and delegated authority partners.
- Check bordereaux for completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and consistency with binding authority terms.
- Identify and resolve bordereaux exceptions, queries, and data quality issues.
- Prepare and submit premium and claims LPANs to Velonetic/Xchanging for processing and settlement.
- Oversee premium collection, commission processing, and related settlement activities.
Operational Liaison & Oversight
- Act as the day-to-day operational liaison with Lloyd’s, lead carriers, and other market participants on delegated authority matters.
- Coordinate annual due diligence, audits, and ongoing operational oversight of sub-coverholders.

Arrangement Changes & Governance
- Support non-renewals, terminations, and changes to delegated authority arrangements.
- Maintain operational controls, governance, reporting, and audit trails across all delegated authority processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Confident level of Delegated Authority (DA) experience within operations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and technically competent.
- Proficiency in handling Lloyd’s systems (Atlas, Velonetic, PPL/Whitespace).
- Strong administrative and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in financial processing, claims administration, and marketplace compliance.
