Corrib Oil are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing company as a Deli Assistant at our Service Station in Tralee. Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager. Maintain effective stock management and portion control. Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation. Prioritize customer care and service, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity. Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained. Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
