Successful candidates will be customer focused and have minimum 6 months previous deli management experience. Start time of 6.00am / Days Monday to Sunday Objective Ensure delivery of delicatessen targets (both in terms of sales, profitability and compliance with Hygiene Standards) through the effective supervision of delicatessen area and the personnel.
