About the Role
Our Delish delis offer customers convenient access to breakfast, lunch, and high-quality coffee. As a Delish Deli Supervisor, you will work closely with the Deli Manager to lead a dynamic team, ensuring:
- Delicious food preparation following company standards and hygiene protocols
- Exceptional customer service at the deli counter
- Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness in prep and service areas

Key Responsibilities
As Delish Deli Supervisor, your role will include:
- Providing first-class service to all customers
- Delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations and high service standards
- Conducting food safety control checks across all areas
- Ensuring stock visibility (correct placement, pricing, and waste recording)
- Preparing and cooking food in compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards in both front- and back-of-house areas
- Undertaking additional duties as required
Qualifications & Success Factors
Successful candidates should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a track record of team management in a food retail environment
- Proven ability in coaching and motivating teams
- Demonstrated sales and profit growth targets
- Experience delivering customer-first experiences through personal and team effort
- Strong operational confidence as a hands-on leader

Working Hours & Application Deadline
Hours
- Full-time position (42.5 hours/week)
- Shift pattern (flexible) covering 5:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday
