Contract: 40 hours
Salary: £13.27 per hour
Reporting to: Farm Shop Manager
Your Role
To be the ultimate host, you will build genuine and meaningful relationships with our regular customers and create a memorable experience for first-time customers. You will assist customers by recommending foods, providing samples of meats and cheeses, cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats and cheeses, and responding to customer inquiries and requests.
You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community.
Experience in a similar role would be great, but if you have the passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences then you can count on us to show you the rest.

Farm Shop Somerset is a community space where produce from our farm, as well as from local farmers, growers, and makers, come together to supply the local community with fantastic seasonal produce.
We hand select growers and makers and sell their produce alongside honey from our hives, wine from our vineyards, cider from our orchards, lamb and beef from the farm and our Farm Shop range made using what has been foraged from the estate.
