Front of House – Hub by Premier Inn London Covent Garden
Working 30 hours per week (up to £14.56 per hour), we're recruiting for a Friendly Face position in our premium hotel located in Covent Garden, London.
About the Role
Come and be the welcoming and service-driven member of the Hub by Premier Inn London Covent Garden team. As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll use your friendly personality and customer service skills to:
- Welcome guests and ensure a restful stay from check-in
- Assist with cocktails, serving meals, or supporting housekeeping
- Help create perfect, ready-to-go rooms and a seamless guest experience
Immediate start. No prior experience required.

The Job – What You’ll Do
Using your passion for outstanding customer service, you’ll bring our ubiquitous Warm Welcome to life in Covent Garden. Your role will involve customer engagement, assisting guests with comforts like cocktails, meals, and tailoring the hotel experience to their needs.
Enthusiastic teamwork with our housekeeping and kitchen teams will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and looking forward to returning. No experience needed – just your friendly personality, commitment, and eagerness to contribute to our thriving atmosphere.
