About The Role - Delicatessen Assistant Opportunity

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Delicatessen Assistant, you will play a key role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You will be responsible for making coffee, serving food, and selling our retail products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will assist with stock management and oversee the setup, presentation, and smooth operation of the delicatessen.

Ideal Candidate - Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Retail/Delicatessen Assistant with strong customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Preferably has kitchen experience to assist with food preparation.
  • A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A multitasker and team player who remains calm under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Commitment to upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
