Job Overview
This is a contract Sales Assistant role at Delilah counter, located in the beauty hall at prestigious Fortnum & Mason, London for 13 hours per week over two days: Sat-Sun, with opportunity for extra hours at Delilah events, covering holiday hours, and working at other stockist locations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining organization, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities and Duties
- High-performance customer service, introducing potential customers to the Delilah brand and our principles.
- Apply make-up to customers to encourage product sales and build brand knowledge with potential customers.
- Monitor stock levels both on the counter, in store storage, and at central warehouse. Inform of any low stocks and tester requirements to ensure the counter is complete and customer orders in store can be fulfilled.
- Professional conduct and appearance as brand ambassador for Delilah, working in prestigious beauty hall at Fortnum and Mason and at other locations when representing Delilah.

Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills.
- Sales and Organization Skills.
- Previous experience in a retail or beauty environment.
- Passion for cosmetics and beauty products.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong knowledge of beauty trends and products - good application skills preferable, training will be provided.
