Delivery Coordinator - Specialist Repairs
Do you have a keen eye for detail, great interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a brilliant customer service? If yes, then look no further – our Specialist Repairs team are recruiting a Delivery Coordinator to help the team provide vital administrative support.
In this fast-paced varied role, you'll provide all-important support to our Repairs & Maintenance function.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to specialist repairs related queries from internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Scheduling and allocating work to a team of field-based operatives.
- Ensuring that all relevant certification is provided for all works completed.
- Responding to Tenant queries, processing jobs & scheduling works.
- Processing Recharges and collaborating with the wider business.
- Inputting data and management of digital records – ensuring all information held is accurate and up to date.

Our Ideal Candidate?
We're looking for a person with a ‘can do' approach, who is willing to learn and able to work collaboratively with others.
- You'll have experience of scheduling and the diary management of a team of field-based operatives, with knowledge of or the ability to use relevant scheduling software.
- You'll have experience and knowledge of working within a repairs or maintenance environment.
- You'll have experience using a range of Microsoft packages including Excel and the ability to learn in-house systems.
- You're confident interacting with a variety of customers/stakeholders and focused on delivering a brilliant customer service at all times - we can support you to develop your technical knowledge of property maintenance and repairs!
