Delivery Consultant

Location: Didsbury, Manchester Salary: £27,200 basic | £35–40k OTE Year 1 | £55–70k+ OTE Year 2

The Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll manage the hiring process from start to finish, collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to drive impactful outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging talented professionals in specialist markets
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with candidates
  • Guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring journey
  • Ensuring processes are organised, accurate, and fully compliant
  • Developing expertise in market trends and commercial awareness
  • Contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team environment that delivers results
