Freight Appointments is a specialist recruitment agency focused exclusively on the US and EU freight and logistics market. Established for over 8 years, we're proud of the supportive, ambitious, and team-focused culture we've built.
We're looking for a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer to join our growing team. This is a candidate-focused role, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing talent across the US / EU freight and logistics market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Supporting consultants on live vacancies
