Delivery Consultant
Experienced Delivery Consultant | £30,000–£40,000 + Commission
About the Role
Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for STEM markets? We’re looking for a driven Delivery Consultant to join our team, responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery process for engineering and technology roles across the UK.
This is a pure delivery-focused role—no business development required. If you thrive on finding exceptional talent, building candidate pipelines, and securing placements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of candidate delivery across live engineering and technology briefs
- Source passive and active candidates via:
- Job boards
- Direct headhunting
- Referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate qualification calls and pre-interview preparation
- Manage candidates throughout the entire process—from screening to offer and acceptance
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of STEM talent in your specialist markets
- Work closely with consultants and account managers to efficiently and effectively fill client briefs
- Keep your market knowledge sharp, staying ahead of:
- Who is hiring
- Who is moving
- Where the talent is

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or 360 roles
- Demonstrable experience specialising in STEM markets, including:
- Engineering
- Technology
- Manufacturing
- Science
- Strong sourcing skills across:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job boards
- Boolean search
- Confident communicator who can:
- Build rapid trust with candidates
- Represent clients credibly and professionally
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting delivery KPIs

Opportunity Details
