We’re supporting a specialist recruitment business operating at the forefront of the technology and engineering sectors. Due to expansion and client demand, they are expanding their delivery team and are looking for an ambitious 180° Delivery Consultant to join their award winning team in Bristol.

What we’re looking for: 1+ year Experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°), resourcing or talent acquisition Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills Motivated, fast-paced mindset and comfortable working to deadlines and targets Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Highly organised with a structured approach to managing workload Positive, team-first attitude and drive to grow within a scaling business
What you’ll be doing: Sourcing and qualifying top candidates Managing end-to-end delivery across a variety of live roles Conducting screening, interview preparation and candidate management Coordinating interview processes, feedback and offer stages Overseeing compliance and onboarding Delivering outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment journey Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to meet growing client demand
