Are you an experienced recruiter who loves delivery but doesn't want the pressure of constant business development? At Headstar, we're looking for a Delivery Consultant to partner with our Business Development Consultants and take ownership of delivering exceptional talent to our clients across the finance market in Yorkshire.

This is a role for someone who thrives on building candidate relationships, running recruitment processes and delivering outstanding service, whilst working within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The Role

Working closely with our Business Development Consultants, you'll take ownership of the delivery side of recruitment assignments from initial briefing through to successful placement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
  • Sourcing, assessing and shortlisting high-quality finance professionals
  • Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
  • Managing candidate pipelines and talent pools
  • Coordinating interviews and feedback processes
  • Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and candidate insights
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Producing assignment progress reports and updates
  • Continuously improving recruitment delivery processes and candidate experience

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with recruiters who have:

  • Recruitment experience within finance, professional services or a specialist market
  • A strong track record in candidate delivery and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
  • A consultative and collaborative approach
