Benchmark Staffing Solutions Recruitment Opportunity
Established resourcers and 180 Recruiters within the Engineering/Built or Tech environment are being sought.
An exciting opportunity exists to join an established desk with incoming work, offering:
- Resourcing experience with first-hand learning directly from the business owner
The client presents additional roles, such as:
- 360 consultants looking to transition into purely resourcing roles
- Resourcers seeking better workflow or higher demand environments

Compensation package:
- Base salary up to £28,000
- Full commission scheme

Key Responsibilities
- Exposure to a broad range of white-collar freelance recruitment work
- Strong workload management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to generate and effectively qualify candidates
- Support business development (BD) efforts through market intelligence gathering
- Experience in managing candidates across the full timeline:
- Initial contact
- Engagement
- Aftercare and relationship building
