Delivery Consultant – Rail & Engineering Recruitment

📍 Milton Keynes | Hybrid Working
💰 £30,000 – £40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

You'll be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle while supporting key client accounts across the Rail and Engineering sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and headhunting high-quality technical professionals
  • Managing the full recruitment process from candidate qualification through to placement
  • Building and maintaining specialist talent pools within your market
  • Writing engaging job adverts and managing candidate attraction campaigns
  • Conducting candidate interviews and competency-based screening
  • Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers
  • Working closely with consultants to ensure outstanding delivery across key accounts
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous experience working within a recruitment agency
  • Experience recruiting within Rail, Rail Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Technical, or Motorsport sectors
  • A strong track record in candidate sourcing and delivery
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organized, and driven approach
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding recruitment solutions
