About the Role
My client is a specialist search firm working with high-growth software companies, VC and PE-backed businesses, and leadership teams across the UK and US.
They are looking for a Delivery Consultant with at least 1–2 years’ recruitment experience who wants to move into a more sophisticated, high-value market.

The role will focus on delivering senior Product, Operational and GTM talent into software companies, with average fees of around £36,000–£38,000 and senior roles reaching significantly higher.
Responsibilities
- Delivering senior Product, Operational, and GTM talent into software companies.
- Conducting yourself well with senior candidates and clients.
- Handling evening calls, primarily US-focused.
- Engaging in a relaxed, collaborative, and ambitious culture.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years’ recruitment experience.
- Polished communication and the ability to speak with senior executives.
- Responsiveness and urgency, as good candidates move quickly.
- Coachability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- Interest in software, VC/PE-backed businesses, GTM, Product, or leadership hiring.
