About the Role
Randstad is recruiting for a Delivery Consultant to join their Maidstone-based construction team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates
- Match candidates against pre-qualified specifications for clients
- Write and tailor advertisements to meet client needs
- Conduct searches via:
- In-house database
- Incoming applications
- Job boards and other online recruitment tools
- Build a personal network of skilled candidates to showcase in the market
