Delivery Consultant | Professional Services Recruitment
Location: London (Old Street)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

Broadgate Search, part of Trinnovo Group, is looking for a Delivery Consultant to support one of our flagship Professional Services clients. Working as an extension of their internal Talent team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging passive candidates across Tax, Audit, and Corporate Finance.

What you'll be doing
- Headhunting and engaging passive professionals across Tax, Audit, and Corporate Finance.
- Building talent pipelines and carrying out detailed market mapping.
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment process.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to a growing Professional Services business.
What we're looking for
- Previous agency recruitment experience is essential.
- Experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, Executive Search Researcher, or 360 Recruiter.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools.
- Experience recruiting into Professional Services, Finance, Accountancy, Tax, or Audit is highly desirable.
