About Us

Acceler8 Talent, part of the Understanding Recruitment Group, is a specialist technology recruitment business with offices in St Albans and Boston. We're continuing to grow and are looking for ambitious graduates to join our high-performing teams.

The Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll join a structured training programme designed to set you up for success from day one. You'll be supported by our in-house Learning & Development team, external industry experts, and experienced consultants who will mentor you throughout your journey. Working closely with an established client base, you'll help source top technology talent across specialist markets. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll develop skills in relationship building, candidate management and recruitment delivery, while making a real impact on growing businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and engaging top technology talent
  • Building and managing strong candidate relationships
  • Working closely with experienced consultants and established clients
  • Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Building talent pipelines across specialist markets
  • Learning how to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Motivated, resilient and eager to build a long-term career
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or another people-focused environment is a bonus, but not essential
