Delivery Consultant | Tech Recruitment | £35k Base | London
£35,000 base + uncapped commission + benefits
Central London, 4 days in office
1.5 to 4 years experience in agency Recruitment
No BD, pure delivery focus
We're recruiting a Delivery Consultant on behalf of our high performing client, a boutique tech recruitment consultancy that's been a strong presence on the London tech recruitment scene for over a decade.
Unlike agencies chasing rapid headcount growth, my client has stayed deliberately small: a tight-knit team of six working across a spectrum of long-standing accounts spanning AI, Software, Data, DevOps, Cloud, Security, QA and Project Delivery, with AI now the fastest growing and highest value part of the business. The small team sizes means they can maintain focus on quality, avoid unnecessary vanity KPIs and ensure the consultants are paid very well.
This is a 180, pure delivery role. No new business and no account management to begin with, just high quality delivery across an abundance of live, high value roles from day one, with close mentorship from senior team members so you feel supported from the outset.
They hold at the centre of their business:
- Trust and respect
- Transparency
- Growth and earning opportunity
- Collaboration for unified success
- Fun and in person interactions, as a team and with candidates and clients
What you'll be doing
Sourcing
- Taking in depth briefs and collaborating internally on role filling strategy
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts across LinkedIn, job boards and the company site
- Searching for candidates via databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Screening CVs and shortlisting suitable applicants
- Proactively headhunting and networking to reach passive candidates
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future roles
- Reaching out to and engaging candidates by call, message and email

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
