About the Role
Freight Appointments is a specialist recruitment agency focused exclusively on the US and EU freight and logistics market. Established for over 8 years, we pride ourselves on our supportive, ambitious, and team-focused culture.
We’re seeking a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer to join our growing team. This is a candidate-focused role, where you’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing talent
- Engaging and managing potential candidates across the US/EU
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
- Conducting interviews and qualification calls
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Supporting live vacancies by collaborating with the team
